Here’s What to Expect with Our Itinerary Planning Service
Step 1: Share Your Vision
Once you book, you’ll schedule a 15-minute planning call and receive a quick onboarding questionnaire to tell us all about your group, vibe, must-haves, and budget. Make sure to submit it at least 24 hours before the call so we’re ready to dive in!
Step 2: Personalized Planning Call
During your scheduled call, we’ll chat through your preferences, clarify any details, and offer suggestions to ensure we’re aligned on your dream weekend.
Step 3: We Curate Your Itinerary
We’ll create a fully customized 3-day day-by-day itinerary packed with hand-picked meals, activities, and experiences—all tailored to your group. Your itinerary will include easy-to-click booking links, a full pricing breakdown, and a few bonus recommendations for extra fun.
Step 4: Review & Finalize
We’ll send your itinerary for review, and you’ll get one round of edits to make tweaks or swap out activities so it’s exactly what you want.
Step 5: Your Itinerary is Ready!
You’ll receive your polished, mobile-friendly itinerary—perfect for accessing on the go. A few days before your trip, we’ll follow up with a final check-in, including reminders, tips, and dress codes to ensure a seamless and stress-free weekend.

We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for the best availability, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline if you’re planning something sooner.

How long does it take to get the completed itinerary?You’ll receive your personalized itinerary 3-5 business days after your planning call.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 702.509.4464 or email hello@ bachstrat.com. For Itinerary Planning service cancelled before the planning call, you will receive a full refund of the total amount. Cancellations made after the planning call are non-refundable. If you need to move your services to a new date, you may do so with no fee, subject to availability.
